Support Communities in Need!

During these challenging times, the priorities of Bridging Access to Care are to ensure our staff and clients remain safe and healthy and to address some of the immediate needs of the communities we serve.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bridging Access to Care have -

  • Adapted to provide our services via telehealth.
  • Conducted daily (7 days a week) wellness checks for our most vulnerable populations.
  • Revised our services to include education on COVID and information on how they could receive additional support.
  • Provided 110 clients smartphones along with a 6-month paid unlimited data package.
  • Stepped up to address food insecurity of our clients and their communities.
    • Delivered and coordinated the delivery of 6,735 total pre-prepared, well-balanced meals and 1,106 pantry boxes to nearly 1,800 low-income households, including more than 3,000 adults and nearly 1,600 children, benefited from healthy food; 40% of households served had at least 1 child in the home

Your gift on this year’s #GivingTuesday will allow us to continue our work.

  • With a donation of $10, you will help provide and deliver two meals per day to a client who has no money for food.
  • With a donation of $30, you will help provide a cell phone with an unlimited data plan to a client to continue receiving therapy via telehealth and staying in touch with their case manager and support network.

Together, we can raise awareness of the disjointed systems that leave many behind and address the dire needs of comprehensive, coordinated care and support services.
